At Snug Valley Farm, we are committed to providing you with grass-fed and pasture-raised meats that were raised with respect, sustainability, and the environment kept in mind. The epitome of the Vermont working landscape, our setting provides a natural, humane growing environment for all of our livestock and it shows in the end product.
Our Products
Grass-Fed Beef
Our 100% grass-fed beef is grass-finished, tender, juicy, and healthy. We do not use hormones, stimulants, or additives. Our beef is offered as frozen packaged retail cuts all processed under inspection.
Pastured Pork
From bacon to ribs, our pasture-raised pork products will always have you coming back for more. In the summer, our pigs are raised out on pastures and in winter, they snuggle into deep bedded pack barns with our hay.
Ben’s Pumpkins
Started when Ben was just six years old, every September-October the farmhouse lawn becomes Ben’s Pumpkins. Be sure to stop by each fall to make selecting your pumpkins a special tradition not to be missed.
About Our Partners
In March 2020, to help keep our family and our customers safe from the spread of COVID-19, we decided to offer free home delivery of our products across Northern Vermont. From Hardwick to Burlington and everywhere in between, we started delivering our products into coolers on doorsteps. At the time, we also wanted to help our farm friends do the same so we started offering select products from other farmers and producers we know as friends and neighbors. First was Paul Lisai’s milk and cheese from Sweet Rowen Farmstead and Pete and Sandy Gebbie’s maple products from Gebbie’s Maplehurst Farm. Then came bread from our neighbor Charlie’s Patchwork Farm & Bakery. Before we knew it, we had a little bit of everything for sale online and ready to be delivered each week. Fast forward to the present day and we are really happy to still be able to offer our products as well as our partners to each week. Thank you for believing in the power of local food.
